Q: How do I know how many points I have and when they expire?
A: Entering your rewards card number on our website will show your balance. Your points do not expire.
Q: Do all purchases count towards earning rewards
A: All food and beverage purchases count toward your rewards. Gift card purchases, tax, and gratuity do not count toward rewards.
Q: If I have more than 500 points but less than 1,000 and I redeem a reward, what happens to the remainder of the points?
A: Each time you reach 500 points, you earn a $35 reward. In the case where your points balance is between 500 and 1,000 points, all points above 500 would continue to accrue until you reach the next 500 point threshold.
Q: When will points be deducted from my account
A: When you provide your card at the time of payment, our computer system will deduct your points and convert them to dollars.
Q: Do I have to do anything once I reach 500 points to get my reward?
A: Just make sure you provide your server with your rewards card during each visit. When you have a reward available, it will be applied toward your check!
