Seasonal Specialties to be Offered in Addition to Full Menu

Mill’s Tavern, located at 101 North Main Street in Providence, will celebrate Easter with a selection of festive specials crafted by Executive Chef Ed Bolus and his culinary team on Sunday, April 21st from 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Mill’s full menu will also be available. Easter at Mill’s begins with a selection of special libations: Ginger Carrot Soda; Mill’s Tavern Bloody Mary with Shrimp Cocktail; Apple-Rose Sangria; and the Carrot Ginger Flip.

Special starters include oak-smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs; chilled Shrimp & Crab Salad with a coconut-lime dressing; and chilled White Asparagus Soup with caviar and truffled cheese crisp.  

Holiday entrées include Pommery-crusted Rack of Lamb with haricot verts and red bliss mashed potatoes and carved Steamship Round Smoked Ham with heirloom rainbow carrots and rosemary roasted red bliss potatoes.

For a sweet ending, guests may enjoy Dulcey Mousse with brown butter carrot cake, candied walnuts, golden raisins, and mandarin orange sorbet.
